I'm trying to port out my number to xfinity. I provided exactly the same information shown in my account, and I confirmed with different agents in xfinity to make sure things are correct. However, they said Freedompop didn't approve the port out because the information I provided doesn't match the information on record in Freedompop's system.
Then xfinity's agent called Freedompop directly and confirmed that the information I provided was correct. According to Xfinity's agent, Freedompop's agent told him that the port out couldn't be approved because the port-out department in Freedompop doesn't have people at work.
I feel frustrated about the whole process and just wonder how we can solve the problem.
