Unauthorized $10 credit charge.
CompletedHi, I activated a SIM, and an error in the system charged me for the $10 credit option, which I had de-selected prior to confirming my order. The only charge that I authorized was the $0.99 activation fee. Please issue a refund to my credit card for the $10 portion of the $10.99 charge, and remove the $10 credit from the phone number ending in 5839 that is tied to my account.
I would prefer auto top up add credit to my account as needed. Again, please refund the unauthorized $10 charge and $10 credit.
