New SIM. Welcome packet says it's already activated but it does not appear to be activated.
CompletedHello, this seems to be a common post. Like others, I received a new SIM directly from FreedomPop and the phone shows AT&T, but it does not appear to be activated - Can't call/receive calls or text/receive texts. I would appreciate your help greatly. Thank you.
