Top Up Refund
CompletedI did not get the email following up on this, so I am resubmitting since the thread was closed.
Original request:
I am in need of assistance with this account as the profile is broken and does not allow me to change the email address to match that of the account it self. The goal is to close the account and have the top-up balance refunded - if the Top Up can not be transferred to the new Fremium plan. Thank you.
