My account is inactive, and unable to resolve the issue. When I submit a request ticket, it automatically goes to Status "Solved"
CompletedMy SIM number is XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX8476. Karen said to contact support to reactivate my account. I tried updating my credit card, but could not.
