Sim card deactivated.

It looks my sim card was deactivated. It has been few months since I connected with this sim card. I am trying to use it and now the phone displays AT&T as provider but with a message "NO SERVICE". Also I am only getting 3G signal event though I set it to prefer 4G network - 4G used to work on that sim card before. Freedompop is not working when connected to WI-FI either.
Please active my sim card.
