I've completed the migration from the old SIM to the new SIM/premium upgrade, but wifi calling does not work for me. I have a ticket #53780 but no customer service responses since the first messages.
I have a Pixel 3a, Android 11. I've tried the SIM in other phones, it does not work either. And, both phones have the wifi option available with other plans.
Also, any update on the status of the top up credit balance under the old SIM, when will the balance be carried over and available for me to purchase add on minutes and texts since wifi calling does not work for me?
