I have an iphone 6s that has been working with Freedompop for more than a year. I received a new SIM card in the mail and it said that I would no longer be required to use the app. I followed the procedures I was given to activate the phone several times.
I can get on the internet using my home wifi and I can send and receive text messages even though the messages get to some recipients as an email ??? And, I am not able to call or receive calls. It always says Call Failed and when you call my phone it now says - I have a voicemail that has not been set up. I have tried over and over to get technical support but I am always told the same this that does not work. This has been going on almost a month. Is there anyone out there who can help with this?
