Not long ago, I cancelled my service with you and it immediately deactivated my SIM card. Since then I have not only reactivated my account but upgraded my plan as welll. But my SIM card never reactivated. When I open the messaging / dialing app it tellls me I’m registered but does not connect to the mobile network The only way I can make calls/messages is with a Wifi connection. Since then I have lost the original SIM card altogether and I need a replacement — one that’s compatible with my new data plan. Furthermore, I do not feel that I should be charged for a month of service which I had no access to. Please make haste in handling this matter and get back to me as soon as possible.
