I am an existing FP customer. I have three lines.
I recently received two new SIMs in the mail. I used them to upgrade two of my three lines from the old FP (app based) to the new FP (not app based). I also ordered a new SIM for the third line, but it has not yet arrived.
Neither of the two SIMs that I have upgraded work. Both show the status as "Portin-Resolution Required".
Google tells me that RP (which owns FP) uses these words to indicate that a port request failed. Of course, I'm not porting my number. Rather, my numbers are already with FP on the old systems.
I tried calling FP support, but as soon as I attempt to select an option (1 for support "executive"), the call disconnects.
I don't see any way to resolve this issue online.
Anyone have any ideas how to resolve this and get my two lines working?
