My account was supposed to rollover today or tomorrow but woke up today to see that the account for my SIM ending in 5839 is suspended due to billing issue. I did not go over my monthly bandwidth, and there was no charge attempted. The card is valid, and expires in 2024. Same card I have had on my account since activation, same card being used for the other SIM on my account. Please fix this issue. I need to use the SIM card as soon as possible.
