Account suspended for billing issue. ?? Card is valid for 4 more years.
CompletedMy account was supposed to rollover today or tomorrow but woke up today to see that the account for my SIM ending in 5839 is suspended due to billing issue. I did not go over my monthly bandwidth, and there was no charge attempted. The card is valid, and expires in 2024. Same card I have had on my account since activation, same card being used for the other SIM on my account. Please fix this issue. I need to use the SIM card as soon as possible.

It seems your account is now in good standing. Please feel free to perform a soft reset by powering off and your device to ensure everything synchronizes accordingly.
