Port out to tracfone - issues
CompletedHi,
I have a us sim card plan with freedom pop and I'm tryibg to keep my number and port it to tracfone. We tried 3 times with the agent from tracfone and spend 2 hours:
1. First, freedompop responded saying that my mobile number is a landline, and needs 5 days
2. Next, we got an invalid pin number,even though I was on my freedompop account and was reading the pin from the 'port out' page , it was a 4 digit code
3. Next, I tried to edit the pin and sent it to 10 digits as l, same error
4. Switched it to 9 digits, again didn't work
The agent suggested the number is appearing as Xfinity , really weird
Can someone help me please?
