PAC code not generating UK number

I am try to get a pac code for my two Freedom Pop numbers ending in 0089 and 3001. But it keeps giving me an error. I have been trying for several weeks now but now success. I also tried texting PAC to 65075 but being told to contact customer service. Please advise how can I retain my number.
