I am trying to port my number from Freedompop to AT&T and I am getting an error message that "Password/PIN required or incorrect". I am looking at the portout information (https://my.freedompop.com/settings/port-out-info) and see the PIN, so not sure why it's not working. I have also seen that this has been an ongoing issue for other Freedompop users. How can I get this corrected?
