Phone not working anymore, need help with old pre-paid account.
CompletedMy credit card was billed on 9/9/20 the for my annual cost on $5 per month unlimited talk and text "Preloaded Annual 1GB" (with the old VoIP sim, not the new Premium) but the Freedom Pop app for making calls hasn't worked since about that same time. It works for data but not for phone calls or text messages.
What I want to know is either how to get my phone working again for the $5 per month or how to get a refund for the annual payment that I submitted for a useless plan? I doubt they will give me a premium plan for $5 per month, so they are going to have to figure out how to refund my money on the annual payment I made.
Someone please tell me how to deal with this?
