I downgraded rather than cancelled, charged top up fee
CompletedI wanted to cancel my 1GB/month plan (two days before I'm charged whatever the yearly charge is). I had to downgrade to the free plan and I was charged a $20 top-up fee. Please refund my money ASAP. The device that the SIM is in is at home on wifi and will not have access to cell service to use any data within the next 3 hours.
