Freedompop Porting Issue
CompletedI have been trying to port out my number to another carrier and at first I couldn't because the website gives you a fake porting number. Then after 3 days I got the right one and resubmitted the porting request. Freedom pop told me the due date was 9/30 which was five days from Friday. That was a long time for something that is supposed to be done in 10 minutes to an hour. I waited and today is 10/1 and still not ported out. This is very frustrating going back and forth for something that should have been done last week.
