Why are my minutes not posting in my account online? Data use is posting.
CompletedI'm on the free plan. I just got my new month of data and minutes a couple days ago, Sept. 30. However, I have found that in making a call, my account online is not posting any calls or minutes used. It is posting data used.
I get a fee charge any month in which I do not use at least the minimum amount of minutes/calls. I will get hit with that if I am using them but they are not posting. Why are they not posting?
Can you fix this on Freedompop's side? This obviously is not anything I can do anything about. You are posting the data used, but not minutes of calls. I made five calls yesterday ()ct. 1), and nothing is posted for minutes or calls as of this morning (Oct. 2). They also are not posted in my Freedompop app on my cell phone as of this morning. Yes, I made the calls after logging into the app, and from the app.
