C'mon. You sent me a message about my post about the problem with my minutes and calls not showing up n my account usage, only my data used. You said to contact you by following the link you sent and replying there, as you need some private info.
But in following the link, it is to my post, and you have blocked from any further responses! I have no way to get in touch with you.Adnnow I can't even comment in my own post.
C'mon! My post is NOT completed, it isn't even started.
Here is what my post said:
I'm on the free plan. I just got my new month of data and minutes a couple days ago, Sept. 30. However, I have found that in making a call, my account online is not posting any calls or minutes used. It is posting data used.
I get a fee charge any month in which I do not use at least the minimum amount of minutes/calls. I will get hit with that if I am using them but they are not posting. Why are they not posting?
Can you fix this on Freedompop's side? This obviously is not anything I can do anything about. You are posting the data used, but not minutes of calls. I made five calls yesterday ()ct. 1), and nothing is posted for minutes or calls as of this morning (Oct. 2). They also are not posted in my Freedompop app on my cell phone as of this morning. Yes, I made the calls after logging into the app, and from the app.
