Upgrade to new system
CompletedI have received an email from freedom pop telling me that I need to purchase a new sim and upgrade to the new system or I will lose my service at the end of this month.
I have tried to order it and filled out the billing information and I keep (tried 3 times) that my name is not entered into the information (which it is)
I tried calling the number and after pressing an option for service it just hangs up on me.
Any suggestion
