Refund not receivedCompleted
I had an issue with my account. Per an email from FreedomPop on September 03, 2020, I was issued a $20 refund to my Paypal account. However, I have not yet received the refund. I have tried to follow up several times, but I only receive an instantaneous automated reply stating that the issue is closed and resolved. Can you please review the status of my refund and tell me when I should expect it?
