I am unable to get mobile data. When there is no wifi and
i turn on mobile data the message from the FreedomPop app or
FreedomPop diagnostics is: no internet connection.
The APN is correct; airplane mode is off.
Wifi works, but when I start the FreedomPop app or
FreedomPop diagnostics the message is that there
is a problem with the server.
My environment is:
MacOS 10.15.7, Samsung Galaxy G5
I have two FreedomPop telephone numbers:
device phone: XXX-XXX-0330
Can something be done?
