PLEASE HELP! - Can't RECEIVE CallsCompleted
New (Premium) SIM
I can MAKE calls on my number, and the number shows up on the recipient's CID.
HOWEVER: When I try to call my FP number from another line, I get a "Number Not In Service" Message.
I've been trying for weeks, entered a trouble ticket and even had a CHAT session.
YES: I have the APN entered
The FP Website shows the account as active.
