I moved to a new apartment and there my phone does not work anymore. It does not get any connection, even with mobile data enabled. I already tried updating/reinstalling the freedompop apps and checked all settings. I always get an error message. Can you please help to solve the problem?
I had opened a request (#54272) with a screenshot of the error message but that was marked as solved without anyone replying.
