A month after upgrading to a premium SIM card, my cellular data and calling has stopped working.
When I log in, my account is marked as Airtime Expired.
My billing was supposed to make a payment on the 14th, but my billing history only shows my initial payment.
I tried updating my payment method to see if that would make a payment occur in my account, but I had no luck.
Why is an automatic payment not happening to keep my account active and functional?
