I have been having a lot of trouble logging into my account online since I upgraded to the new premium service. Please help, there seems to be a probem on FreedomPop's side.
I put in the correct e-mail address for user name, no typos, and then the correct password, no typos, and then hit the button to sign in. But it does not sign me in, simply goes back to the blank login page. I do this over and over, and finally one time it works! That confirms I'm putting in the right info, your system simply is not handling it properly.
