No data connection
CompletedHi, I switched my phone from Huawei Mate 7 to Motorola G6 Play recently. I don't have such an issue with my previous phone, but there is no LTE sign next to the mobile signal bar with FreedomPop Sim. I tried to use another sim card, that works fine with the other carrier. Without data, my FreedomPop won't be set up and I can't make any phone calls or text. I really appreciate your support or advice to solve this issue. The second issue I have is with my Huawei Mate 10, I can't download the app from the google play store, but won't be able to complete the installation. It always said installation failed. I bought a Moto G6 Play because I can't use the app with my Huawei Mate 10. Thank you and look forward to hearing from you soon!
