seems ATT blocked wifi calling on most phones except ATT branded ones/premium upgrade

well, I've tried 3 phones, all are wifi calling campatible, but none works under the new premium SIM card, some research show ATT blocked them.
I tried pixel 3a, pixel 4a, and samsong galaxy s20, well , I cannot buy more phones.
do you have a list of what phones work?

Our Premium Voice SIM cards support WiFi calling. This feature allows you to make and receive calls, and text messages, using a Wi-Fi network, with your existing FreedomPop phone number.
If your device has Wi-Fi calling capabilities, then you may be able to take advantage of Wi-Fi calling. Please note, not all phones support WiFi calling. You may read more about it, here.
