I cannot port out my number to Sprint. They keep saying the pin is incorrect

I have spent DAYS trying to port out my number to Sprint. They keep telling me the Freedom Pop says my PIN number is incorrect. I have changed my PIN 2 times, and still no luck. I'm getting very upset with this process, and I am ready to reach out to the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint
