failure to port out to xfinity mobile

I have been working with xfinity mobile to port out my freedompop number and it has been a failure that xfinity is asking to reach out to freedompop to ask what information is wrong. Everything I provided them are as provided by the freedom portal. Also, I reached out to the customer service through freedom pop chat. But still nothing worked out.
