Problem with porting freedompop # out to Tracfone

Using the port out information provided by FreedomPop, Tracfone has been receving denial of the PIN provided.
I updated the pin and still they are being denied. They are also saying that when they call the Customer support # it hangs up when you choose a menu option.
I sent an email and request to support and nothing to FreedomPop so far.
Please assist.
