Refund.
CompletedPlease refund the $2 top up for minutes and the $2 top up for texts that you incorrectly charged to my credit card only 4 minutes after I renewed my service. Top ups must only occur when the balance reaches 0. No way for me to use 10 minutes and 10 texts 4 minutes after the service was renewed.
