Sim Card not working
CompletedI have a 1 year, 1GB data sim card that was put in use on 11/18/20 and it is no longer working on my account. I can't access my account either without upgrading the sim, which I tried doing but the website wants me to purchase a plan. I still have 9 months on my 1 year plan that I already paid for. My SIM card is XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX8230.
