You've recently redirected my "free" account to the newly created "Essential" plan at $3.99/month. I could not understand why the first month payment was not posted against my Top-Up Balance, which would have covered that first month. Wouldn't you apply the credit on my account first, before charging my payment account?
Anyhow, writing to see if you could move my top-up balance to my account balance so that I have a chance to use it for subsequent monthly payments?
