Why does nobody answer me
CompletedI've sent numerous emails asking you to reduce to £0 pm as I have not had a service for months - no calls, texts have been able to send or receive. I am changing my provider & will want to transfer my number. Will someone PLEASE do what I am asking for. I am sick of paying out each month for NO SERVICE WHATSOEVER!
