Saw this come in on Paypal  out of the blue on 06/30. I sent an email to support and got assigned support request ID 79244 but I do not see any progress.

I only see ONE account for freedompop which I have not used in ages, nor do I have any intention of every using. I can't even login because i forgot the password and the reset password system doesnt work either.

 

Please reverse this charge and close down the account immediately.
