I have two accounts/lines associated with this email. One of them is good. But another was the leftover from previous issues. It does not have SIM card or phone number. I tried to cancel that "ghost" account but the system gave me errors.
For some reason, the Essential LTE 350MB was applied to that invalid line and I was charged two $3.99 so far for the line that does not even have a SIM card. Could you please fix that? Thanks!
