Unauthorized charge Freedompop changed my plan to LTE 350M without any notice

I keep using the account all the time, but today when I check the billing, I found that my plan to changed to essential 350mb plan, I did not receive any notice about this and the 3.99 charge is unauthorized. Also, I find that the next payment will be 19.99. Please fix, refund and explain.

  This happend to accounts with the phone number last 4 digits 3331, 1527 and 3230, another two accounts belong to my family numbers.
