Unauthorized charge Freedompop changed my plan to LTE 350M without any noticeCompleted
I keep using the account all the time, but today when I check the billing, I found that my plan to changed to essential 350mb plan, I did not receive any notice about this and the 3.99 charge is unauthorized. Also, I find that the next payment will be 19.99. Please fix, refund and explain.
