Upgraded without consent to Essential LTE 350Mb

I signed up for the Basic free plan. I have no job, no income. I make $0/month and was suddenly upgraded without my knowledge or consent to Essential LTE 350MB which charged me $7.98 for the past 2 months. I have no way to pay this. Please reverse the charge and set it back to basic free 0/month. Thank you.
