Being billed for Essential LTE 350MB plan on inactive account
CompletedI noticed that I have been billed for the Essential LTE 350MB plan on July 12th on a long-inactive account that used to have the Global SIM Kit years ago. Unlike the previous LTE SIM Kit I had, I am unable to cancel the account on the website as it gave me a failure message. Is it possible to cancel the account and reverse the billing charge?
