Multiple $.01 charges to my card

All of a sudden, I started getting 1 cent charges to my debit card, every week. I have not had an account with FP for years! Recently I started getting some emails from them about an old account I used to have, and I told them in no uncertain terms that I didn't have that account for years, and to close out ALL services from them! And I got confirmation emails from them that all services were indeed closed. And now I suddenly started getting charged.
