Cancelled accounts in April 2021, but $0.01 fee has resumed

I cancelled my two accounts in April 2021, when the basic free plan went away. The monthly $0.01 fees stopped. However, in July 2021, I got a new $0.01 fee on my credit card. Why?? When I log into my supposedly cancelled account, it says it is active and is on the "Essential LTE 350MB semi-annual" plan, at $3.33 monthly. I did NOT choose to get that plan. I cannot use FreedomPop where I live.
