Charge from June and July for inactive legacy global sim account ,request refund and cancel account.
CompletedI filed a request to cancel my account and request to refund the previously charged 2 bills of $4.00 each, total of $8.00. I haven't heard anything from you yet. My next August bill cycle is coming up, I hope this is resolved before you charge me again.
Please help.
