No response to request even after 14 days....
CompletedI've renewed my account a couple weeks ago and the website says I'm updated but my phone still says "Your free plan needs to be renewed..." and no texts or data are coming through.
It's painfully obvious from reading this forum that something is seriously wrong with customer service response and general service overall. Might have to switch providers....
