Hi, raised a ticket on 8.8.21 (82526) regarding credit, closure, porting and payments to stop, to date 20.08.21, not assigned/no response at all. My number on Freedom pop uk has now been ported to another provider, now need the rest of the ac details sorted out, top up credit refunded to card, auto top up £10 credit stopped, recurring card payments cancelled, ac closed down. Need confirmation in writing that these actions have been taken wef immediate effect. In addition to no response to the ticket, I cannot call anyone, and cannot access the support page in the UK, which is very frustrating. Look forward to hearing from you ASAP. Regards
