I have a Netgear Unite. I'm getting this error message on my Hotspot "Mobile broadband disconnected, Your data connection is disconnected".
I've already checked the following:
1. My account status is Active and my bill is paid up to date.
2. Checked the APN settings and it's correct according to the "help guide".
3. Battery is fully charged on Hotspot
4. Reception (signal) is good on Hotspot
I'm being billed for Data service but I'm not getting service.
Can someone please assist me with this issue?
