Plan marked as inactive, money disappeared from my account balance?!
Completedtried to use my phone today and got an error saying my account was inactive and to log in. This is the error I received:
Alert: Your FreedomPop service is inactive. Check your plan subscription and billing information
I had a $10 account balance that has since disappeared with no explanation as well. What's happened? How can I get my 250mb plan back?
