Top up credit refund please.
CompletedHi, I had a balance of $4.78 in credit, which was unknowingly deactivated on 8/17, and therefore, I was charged an additional top up of $20 on Saturday evening after reaching my 350MB data threshold. I have since reactivated the previous expired credit and currently have a credit balance totalling $24.77. I will be cancelling my $3.99/mo service prior to the end of this billing cycle. I won't need more than $2 in top up credit from here on out from the time of this request.
Please issue a refund totaling $22.77 credit to my card number on file.
