No Network for over a week, being charged for my plan but showing I am subscribed to a cheaper plan on myfreedompop.

I have had no network for a week now, when people call they go straight to voicemail, but the number is not my number, I am paying £11.99, but on Premium 2250 which is £7.99 per month.
