card payment even deactivated account.Completed
I used to have two accounts but last month I deactivated both accounts.
I could see " Activate new plan" message when I logged in with my ID. So, I could know that my both accounts were deactivated well.
However, problems is here. I received text that there were trying billing to "Freedompop" but it failed due to card number is changed.
I know that Freedompop billing 1 cent every month to check my card validation. but I deactived all accounts so I didn't expect there would be any billing from Freedompop, even 1 cent.
It seems I cound't change card information because there is no active account.
Please check my previous account and stop billing any money from my card.
